About

Two decades turning fundraising plans into dependable revenue.

I am a direct response fundraising and client services leader who has spent more than twenty years helping mission-driven organizations raise the money their work depends on. My programs have generated over $50 million, reaching donors through direct mail, digital, and integrated multi-channel campaigns designed around how people actually give.

I am equally comfortable in a strategy session and a production schedule. That range — annual planning, segmentation, creative direction, print production, analytics, and reporting — allows me to see the whole program at once, catch problems before they become missed drop dates, and hold every campaign accountable to a number.

Above all, I am a partner to the people I work with: executive directors who need a plan they can defend, boards who need clarity, program staff who need their stories told well, and vendors who need decisions made on time.

Career overview

From museum membership to multi-million-dollar direct response programs.

I began in cultural institutions, growing membership at the Museum of Arts & Design during a period of national rebranding. I then moved into large-scale hunger relief, leading direct response at City Harvest and direct marketing at Citymeals on Wheels, where I managed year-long campaign calendars, six-figure production budgets, and donor files in the tens of thousands. Since 2019 I have advised nonprofits as a fractional development and communications officer, most recently leading development and communications at Foodshed Alliance.

Professional philosophy

Donors give to organizations that respect them.

Good fundraising is not persuasion — it is stewardship expressed in every touchpoint. I build programs that treat donors as long-term partners: accurate data, relevant asks, honest reporting, and gratitude that arrives on time. Strategy sets the direction; craft and follow-through earn the second gift.

Mission statement

To help mission-driven organizations fund their work with confidence.

My mission is to give nonprofits a fundraising program they can rely on — planned with rigor, executed with precision, measured honestly, and improved every cycle — so leaders can spend less time worrying about revenue and more time delivering on their mission.
